PMO – Senior Manager



Location: UK – Nationwide
Duration: 15 months
Rate: TBC

We are seeking PMO’s at a Senior Manager Level within the financial services, banks, investment banks, etc., to support and lead in providing advise and supporting projects within complex transformation.

Role


• Day-to-day delivery of all aspects within business development, client targeting, growth and client delivery.
• Leading fellow team members and ensuring that there are a smooth and effective processes supporting the projects.
• Stakeholder management, taking lead of the role, and providing support in meetings/workshops and responsibilities of document agendas, minutes, and actions for meetings.
• PMO Documentation including RAID Logs, Status Reports, Change Logs and Decision Logs.
• PMO functions – maintaining the change framework, induction packs and document library.
• Undertake other Transformation and Change lifecycle responsibilities


The Individual


• Ability to solve complex Finance business problems
• Knowledge of the key challenges CFOs face in the financial services sector
• Leadership, and coaching skills – ability to work and manage teams from small to medium sizes.
• Experiences with stakeholder management, internally and externally.
• Familiar with PMO strategies, processes, and methodologies.
• Knowledge and experiences in MS Office applications – Microsoft Project, Word, and Powerpoint.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong experiences in PMO roles – with prior experiences of 5+ years.
• PRINCE 2 qualified
• Strong understanding of regulatory developments and key current issues facing clients.
