Project Manager – Luxembourg – Financial Services
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead both business and IT workstreams for a strategic initiative involving a depository and settlement organization based in the Middle East. The role requires coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders, including managing scope, deliverables, testing phases, and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate business and IT streams of the project
- Define and agree on scope and deliverables
- Manage testing phases with external parties and customers
- Oversee legal documentation preparation
- Ensure alignment with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders
- Report to director-level stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- Approx. 10 years of project management experience gained in the Luxembourg banking industry
- Strong soft skills and stakeholder management, especially with senior leadership
- Excellent communication skills; native English speaker preferred due to team language dynamics
- Background in financial services, settlement / custodianship,
- Familiarity with SWIFT and Connectivity logic is a plus
- Experience managing multiple medium-scale projects
