Project Manager role (Investor Services)
Job Description:
Our client within Investor Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant client migration project. The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall project management, ensuring its successful execution from a client perspective. The role involves planning and organizing client workstreams, managing communications with external service providers, and tracking resource efforts and project financials.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Take accountability for the successful execution of the migration project from the client's perspective.
Workstream Planning: Plan and organize client workstreams, ensuring efficient and effective progress.
Communication Management: Manage communications with the external service provider responsible for the business migration.
Resource and Financial Tracking: Track resource efforts and project financials to ensure the project stays within budget and meets timelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
Project Management Governance: Strong background in project management governance and methodologies to ensure the project is executed with high standards.
Client Facing Skills: Significant experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships with executive level, IT teams, and operational workstreams.
Financial Expertise: Strong experience in tracking project financials, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
Industry Knowledge: Strong experience in either custody or fund administration products, services, and operations to provide valuable insights during the migration.
Technology Management: Experience in ring-fencing technology availability for data migrations to ensure a smooth transition.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.
Language Skills:
