Project Manager - SWIFT



As Programme manager, you will hold the end-to-end responsibility for the planning, controlling and reporting progress on the ‘Workflow, OTC data and Integration’ Programme part of Simplify Programme.

Duties



•Define programme goals and boundaries, identify functional streams.
•Clarify scope, roles and responsibilities of the programme.
•Define programme governance, hold programme governance meetings.
•Develop and maintain the programme plan by consolidating input from the various functional streams.
•Ensure timely delivery of programme goals by monitor streams progress.
•Provide the day to day management of the programme team and third Party Delivery partners.
•Manage business, operational and technical inter dependencies within CI Tribe and within the Simplify programme.
•Manage risks on a continuous basis and liaise with CRO office when appropriate.
•Manage programme budget and ensure business case is kept up to date.
•Handle escalations, resolve issues and take corrective actions, liaise with programme Director/Sponsor when required.
•Manage programme resources to ensure appropriate utilization.
•Manage programme stakeholders communication.


Experience



•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through professional experience
•8 years and above relevant Project management experience
•Project or programme Management certification is an asset
•Solid knowledge and understanding of SWIFT priorities, solutions, services and products required
•Excellent communication and presentation skills (including to senior management, C-level), ability to articulate complex issues.
•Proficient knowledge of office suite and collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence/Jira, SharePoint)
•Fluent in English, both spoken and written
•Proven ability to contribute in a diverse, multi-cultural, multi-country team environment and ability to work independently
