Project Support

Your Responsibilities:


1. Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements internationally including preparation and follow-up of meetings
2. Organize international travel arrangements and process of travel expenses
3. Organize, prioritize and handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure appropriate action is taken
3. Prepare various correspondence and documents for the management; edit and proof correspondence and documents
4. General office management

Your Profile:

1. Several years of experience as an assistant to senior management
2. Excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing, French a proficiency is desirable
3. In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc),
4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
6. High levels of integrity and discretion as well as impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
