We are currently recruiting for a Scala Developer on a 6 months contract basis, with extension available.

Our client, a multinational professional services institution, is in need for developers to join an ongoing project.

The Candidate - what you will have

• Working in an Agile environment across Architecture and Project Management

• Writing SQL queries that are clear and scalable

• Analysing and debugging code in order to understand the behaviour of the system

• Working with the Senior Development team and traders to validate technical designs

• Following a project plan and delivering tasks in a timely manner

• Problem-solving skills

• Experience of communicating your ideas to multiple audiences

Key requirements

Advanced knowledge of Scala
Knowledge of functional programming libraries
Worked with Microservices & Distributed systems
