Position

we are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional group working within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to enhance and transform our client’s contract management processes.

We are looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, embraces change, and has a keen eye for spotting optimization opportunities — paired with the drive to make improvements happen.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to define detailed requirement profiles for technical solutions in line with system specifications.
• Analyse business processes, organizational structures, and technical components, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine and document business requirements.
• Capture the needs of different departments (e.g., product development, business units) and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Transform business requirements into technical documentation (e.g., data flows, interfaces) for development teams.
• Collaborate with IT architects and developers to design and document solution concepts and decision frameworks.
• Plan measures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Present and align results with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support incident analysis and serve as a communication bridge with end users.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management within IT.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
• Background in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic about agile methodologies and contributing to transformation projects.
• High affinity for technical topics.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Developer in object-oriented programming or microservices environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAFe, agile methods, UML, SQL, cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices is desirable.
• Fluent German required; English proficiency is an advantage.
