Location: Munich (Hybrid working)

Language requirement: Minimum C1 level in German, and working proficiency in English

Our client, a leading consultancy specialising in cybersecurity and digital transformation, is seeking a skilled Senior Consultant in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of cutting-edge security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in requirements analysis and solution design in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct business process analysis and contribute to process optimisation.

• Develop and implement IAM architectures and authorisation concepts.

• Lead role modelling initiatives and contribute to regulatory compliance consulting.

• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external vendors or customers.

• Prepare and present technical documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.

• Proven experience in IAM/PAM consulting, including designing authorisation concepts and role modelling.

• Strong knowledge of IAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, One Identity Manager, Entra ID) and security protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with project management certification (PMI, Prince2, GPM/IPMA) being a plus.

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and actionable insights.

• Fluency in German and English.
