Senior Solution Owner – IBOR (SimCorp Dimension)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Owner with strong IBOR expertise to support complex investment management programmes for US-based asset management clients. This is a fully remote role, operating in the US time zone, with significant responsibility for owning and shaping IBOR solutions within SimCorp Dimension.

The role requires a senior, hands-on professional who can work autonomously, engage confidently with stakeholders, and drive high-quality functional solutions across front-to-back investment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Ownership & IBOR Leadership

• Own the IBOR functional solution within SimCorp Dimension across one or more programmes
• Act as the IBOR subject matter expert, advising on design, configuration, and best practices
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable functional solutions

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Engage with US-based business and technology stakeholders
• Lead functional workshops, requirement definition, and solution design sessions
• Provide senior-level guidance across Front Office and Investment Operations teams

Delivery & Implementation

• Work closely with implementation, technical, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities
• Ensure effective integration between IBOR and downstream domains (ABOR, performance, risk, reporting)

Governance & Quality

• Own functional design documentation and solution standards
• Identify risks, dependencies, and design gaps early and drive resolution
• Support project leadership with clear, delivery-focused communication

Required Experience

Essential

• Deep IBOR expertise within asset management (positions, transactions, cash, corporate actions, P&L)
• Hands-on SimCorp Dimension experience in a functional or solution ownership role
• Proven experience in client-facing implementation or transformation environments
• Strong understanding of front-to-back investment workflows
• Ability to operate independently at a senior level in a remote setting

Desirable

• Previous experience as a Solution Owner, Functional Lead, or Senior Consultant
• Experience working on US-market programmes
• Knowledge of ABOR, Data Management, Performance, or Risk
• Experience working with distributed delivery teams
