Technical Support Specialist- Medical Technology Company- Zurich
My client, a leading medical technology company based in Zurich, is currently looking for a technical support specialist to join their team.
You will be part of a well-coordinated and motivated support team that is responsible for the service and support of their product portfolio at an international level (in-house). In this role you will be able to demonstrate both your technical and your communicative side. Help make pulmonary function testing accessible to everyone, everywhere and improve the lives of millions of people living with lung disease.
Your profile:
Completed basic technical training (or comparable) and have a strong technical understanding.
You delight customers on the phone with your communicative, friendly and always helpful manner.
In addition to perfect German, you also have very good English skills (min. level B2).
Analytical and systematic troubleshooting and troubleshooting is your hobby.
Experience repairing, testing or assembling sensitive equipment is an advantage.
You can be relied upon; you work independently, precisely and responsibly.
You like exchanging ideas and working together in a team.
You are curious and enjoy learning, are solution-oriented and have an affinity for technology.
Your Task:
Technical support for hardware and software questions.
User training and support during commissioning.
System troubleshooting via remote maintenance, telephone, email, ticketing tool (Salesforce).
Troubleshooting and repairing defective devices, as well as carrying out tests and documentation.
Constructive cross-departmental collaboration with R&D, Quality, Product Management for the continuous development of our products.
