Transaction Monitoring

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure a day to day high quality of service delivery by monitoring via daily production assurance controls that all tasks linked to the SHS activities delivered by other locations are in line with the procedures and Client requirements
• Monitoring of document reception
• Monitoring of trade capture, reporting and cash processes
• Monitoring of Statement, contract note and client reporting sending
• Monitoring of cash Payment Instruction setup
• Perform end of day controls
• Transaction translation
• Email dealing monitoring
• Management of client requests / escalations

Service delivery continuity

• Provide daily support to execution hubs. Ensure operating model and procedures are strictly followed.
• Effective Query management from and to Subsidiaries
• Provide support for complex problem solving (Late Trade, NAV revised, Large Trade gating, etc…) and E&O corrective actions
• Liaise with other department units to ensure a high-quality service
• Immediate escalation of issues or any identified risk to supervisor / management
• Ensure escalation protocol is strictly adhered by subsidiaries (Issue Tracker, PIR, ORE, etc…)
• Ensure procedures and operating model are strictly followed
• Support and assist other team members during high volumes and staff shortages
• Investigations towards internal suppliers in case of defects highlighted during quality controls
• Monitoring and reporting of all cash breaks/issues highlighted during daily quality checks
• When necessary instruct business setups
• Ensure the client and depositary reporting and communication with settlement agents and other depositaries
• Provide support when facing Technology issues
• Coordination of testing and implementation of new developments concerning the daily activity
