Initially I worked in a delivery role searching for candidates to match any number of requirements the business was working on to managing my own client accounts in a 360 recruitment role. I now manage one of Skillfinder's key accounts across multiple locations

I joined Skillfinder International back in 2004, originally in more of an administration role. My background has always been sales but having young children I was lucky enough to secure a company offering flexible hours and home working.
