​I've worked for Skillfinder International since 2004 and have had many varied roles. Initially I worked in a delivery role searching for candidates to match any number of requirements the business was working on to managing my own client accounts in a 360 recruitment role. I now manage one of Skillfinder's key accounts across multiple locations

Having worked for the business for so long, I like to think that I understand how to get across our values and the skills that we look for in potential candidates. Throughout the whole recruitment process, I am there to ensure a very smooth and stress free journey from initial engagement, application through interview, offer and onboarding.


I joined Skillfinder International back in 2004, originally in more of an administration role. My background has always been sales but having young children I was lucky enough to secure a company offering flexible hours and home working.
