The Role/Skills
Experience in Consultancy/Advisory
Talent and technological projects implementation background
Experience with Talent Market Place solutions
Experience with Talent systems like "Gloat", "Fuel50" or "Active8"
Good communication skills
Experience in the insurance sector is a nice to have
Good experience in implementation and delivering projects
Good understanding of talent management
Having the ability to build networks and have strong stakeholder management/engagement with senior members and client-facing staff members.
Strategic thinker - strong in problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Operating at a manager level - proactive, confident, and having the ability to apply good judgment when necessary.
