AML Officer / Location: Luxembourg / Salary: According to seniority
A growing Funds Services Provider is looking for a motivated and proactive AML Officer to join a small and friendly team of regulatory, compliance and risk specialists.
This Company offers a wide range of tailored funds services and solutions to help investors managing Luxembourg domiciled funds.
You will be part of an inspiring team of specialists within a growing organisation and be responsible for AML for Luxembourg domiciled funds.
AML Officer – Main Tasks:
Ensure the company’s activities are compliant with AML regulatory obligations
Review policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations
Ensure proper customer initial and ongoing due diligence
Provide opinions on AML related queries as well as general administrative support
Liaise with internal and external parties on AML activities and develop internal AML knowledge
AML Officer - Profile:
You have a master’s degree in finance, law or any related field
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an AML team of a Management Company in Luxembourg
You have excellent knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD and experience with PE/RE
You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus
You have strong communication and organizational skills as well as a high level of professional integrity
