Corporate Actions SWIFT Messaging Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with Corporate Actions experience including strong SWIFT MT messaging, specifically MT564 and MT566. This role is domain-specific to Corporate Actions, supporting the full lifecycle of corporate action events.

Key Responsibilities

•             Interpret, validate, and support MT564 (Notification) and MT566 (Confirmation) messages

•             Support processing of mandatory, voluntary, and mandatory-with-options corporate actions

•             Investigate message breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions

•             Work with operations, technology, and external parties to ensure accurate event processing

Required Experience

•             Strong experience in Corporate Actions

•             Hands-on knowledge of SWIFT MT messaging, particularly MT564 / MT566

•             Experience within custody, asset servicing, or investment banking environments

Desirable

•             Exposure to other CA messages (MT565, MT567)

•             Knowledge of market practice and automation / STP initiatives
