•Assistant Manager grade – open to strong graduates that is about to be promoted, with prior experiences in PMO/Project Management
•Personable with strong abilities in communications and interacting with stakeholders – and stakeholder management experiences.
•Good experiences with MS – e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and drafting of communications.
•Strong experiences in working on multiple tasks and working a fast-paced environment.
•Previous consultancy experiences would be preferred.
•Continuation of preparing Onboarding Deck and materials for new starters, discussing, updating, and agreeing final versions with the clients.
•Collating items from delivery manager on a fortnightly basis/meeting for sharing in Tech-wide comms and collating weekly stories.
•Inputting tech newsletter as necessary, completion of specific news articles, furthering of wider comms approach.
•Supporting regular reporting and ad-hoc requests from within the team/project + management of relevant client teams channels.
