An exciting chance awaits you to join a renowned global financial services firm. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring that regulations and protections pertaining to data are effectively established and consistently maintained.
Your Requirements:
• A relevant bachelor's degree is ideal, and a master's degree is even better.
• Demonstrated knowledge as a BA, especially in the realm of big data.
• Proficiency in understanding enterprise-level Big Data applications and processes.
• Experience of Big Data Tools
• A robust grasp of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, in addition to ISO 27001.
• Exceptional abilities in analysis and effective communication.
• Valuable professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM) and expertise in the big data field (e.g., Cloudera, Hortonworks) are advantageous.
• Capability for self-directed work, task prioritization, and adaptability.
Your Responsibilities:
• Cooperate extensively with stakeholders to formulate a robust GRC strategy and give precedence to regulatory requirements for big data initiatives.
• Develop tailored control structures that guarantee data privacy, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk evaluations in the big data ecosystem and suggest approaches for mitigating those risks.
• Participate in the efficient integration of GRC controls into data workflows.
• Create monitoring systems and provide regular compliance reports.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust big data practices accordingly.
• Provide GRC training and act as an expert in the field of big data GRC.
• Manage audit coordination and provide the necessary documentation.
• Detect and implement improvements to control mechanisms.
