Quality Assurance Officer

Quality Assurance Officer:
 

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance overall, with at least 2 years of practical experience in Scrum. They should have a University degree (bachelor’s degree or higher) specifically in an IT-oriented field. Some additional previous experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or similar role could also be an asset.

Candidates need to have a T-shaped skillset:

Deep knowledge and experience in:

• Scrum methodology
• Usage of test management tools (Ideally Azure DevOps)
• Databases (ideally MSSQL)
• REST API (Ideally with Postman)
• Testing of mobile and web applications
• Functional testing

At least basic/moderate knowledge in:

• Banking sector knowledge (or with credit cards or payment processes)
• System integration testing
• Test automation
• UAT execution and coordination

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of non-functional testing
• Experience with Temenos Transact Core banking system
• ISTQB certification (foundational or advanced in Test analysis or agile testing)
• “Azure Cosmos DB” and/or “Pega”

Initial duration: 6 months (Long term project - possible extension)
