Internal Facing role
•Business Analyst supporting within the Audit Tech Team, and aiding in capturing Technology requirements to enable the delivery of projects of the Audit team.
•Lead the scoping, structuring, and execution of user stories and oversee the delivery of the designed solutions and products.
•Initiating structured and regular interviews and workshops with key stakeholders and capturing requirements into formal baselined documents or AGILE boards.
•Translating business requirements into projects that deliver Technology change in line with audit strategic needs.
•High-level and detailed requirements during a project lifecycle and documentation
•Capturing in line with the agreed project methodology, including functional and non-functional requirements.
•Formally document project scope and/or capture EPICS and User stories.
•Documenting as-is and to-be process maps using agreed methodologies.
•Supporting internal teams and 3rd parties – ensuring requirements are understood and delivered.
•Validating solution design documents are meeting requirements
•Managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring traceability including adherence are all appropriate change management processes.
•3+years experience in delivering IT/Business related programs and projects
•Demonstratable BA skills and prior experiences across projects/programs with experiences in delivering several large and complex projects from initiation to closure design, and Acceptance Criteria
•Agile SCRUM certifications / or applicable
•Bachelor or equivalent in Business-related subject or IT environment
•Credibility within the project environment and ability to influence others
•Experiences with Cloud technologies and/or software development environments (desired).
