Corporate Services (Private Equity/Real Estate Funds)



This opportunity within the Corporate Services team involves providing domiciliation and corporate secretary services to clients involved in alternative investment strategies like Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Private Debt. The role requires ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, supporting operational teams, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Compliance Oversight: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to domiciliary and corporate secretary activities.
Client and Team Support: Assisting clients, collaborating with operational teams, participating in internal projects, and keeping management informed.
Client Satisfaction: Prioritizing client needs and maintaining a client-centric approach.
Portfolio Management: Taking ownership of and managing a portfolio of clients within the Corporate Services team.
Autonomous Work: Working independently, demonstrating responsibility, and executing tasks with autonomy.

Must-have:



Education and Experience: A Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxembourg Real Estate and/or Private Equity Funds, including domiciliary and corporate secretarial services.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Luxembourg Investment Fund regulations and Commercial Companies Law pertaining to Luxembourg Investment Funds.
Operational Expertise: Proficiency in fund operational services and MS Office tools.
Client Focus: Client-centric approach, prioritization, and result-oriented mindset.
Communication: Excellent command of the English language, strong communication skills, structured and pragmatic approach, organizational agility.
Workload Management: Ability to handle significant workloads while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Team and Autonomy: Capability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently with a high level of autonomy.

Interpersonal Skills: Superior interpersonal skills and networking capabilities with clients, industry associations, business leaders, and colleagues.
