Depositary Analyst TDS (Trustee and Depositary Services)

Description

The primarily responsibilities of a TDS Analyst are to ensure full compliance with regulatory depositary requirements related to:
- Cash Flow Monitoring
- Oversight duties: NAV, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Investment Compliance, Income Distribution, Timely Settlement
- Safekeeping and Recordkeeping of assets
The TDS Analyst shall act as a Subject Matter Expert for all depositary matters to ensure the client is acting as depositary for UCITS and AIFs fully complies with the duties imposed by the AIFMD/UCITS V regulations.
He/She will participate to all TDS streams: Client Acceptance & Onboarding, Academy, Due Diligence, Expertise Center and Oversight & Monitoring.
