Senior Depositary Transaction Administrator - Investment Funds

As a Senior Administrator within our dynamic team, you will lead the way in processing transactions with precision and completeness. These critical transactions adhere to the deadlines outlined in the Operating Memorandum. Your role also involves ensuring the application and adherence to all duties, including legal responsibilities, aligning our services with group decisions and global operating models.
What will you be responsible for?
•Crafting investor statements, call notices, and distribution notifications.
•Conducting and reviewing cash reconciliations for incoming and outgoing funds.
•Preparing and reviewing client and investor reports, including audit requests, bespoke reporting, and regulatory reporting.
•Effectively organizing the team's workload to ensure timely task completion.
•Providing support for efficient team operation, including training new members and nurturing the development of junior team members.
•Identifying and addressing potential risk areas within the team, creating risk mitigation procedures, and executing ad hoc projects.
•Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
•Ensuring client satisfaction through superior service delivery and active participation in client reviews.
•Delivering efficient operational services to clients while adhering to established processes.
•Developing specialized expertise in various areas, such as capital calls, the secondary market, partly paid, and fully paid transactions.
•Analysing supporting documentation provided by clients, working closely with our Legal department to ensure accurate and complete files.
What do you need to bring to the table?
•A university or post-graduate degree with experience in operations within commercial companies.
•Relevant experience in funds, such as AIF, private equity, real estate, and private capital services.
•Knowledge of business strategy, priorities, processes, and experience in quality execution.
•Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
•Exceptional communication skills, particularly in client interactions.
•Strong organizational skills.
