About the Role

We are seeking an ETF Servicing Analyst to join a leading global financial services firm on a 9-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) — including synthetic, physical, and crypto — within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

You will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to ETF clients, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining a strong control environment and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to ETF clients by ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time

  • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients and relevant parties

  • Monitor daily ETF operations and liaise with stakeholders to resolve exceptions

  • Act as an escalation point for Authorised Participants (APs), managing their queries effectively

  • Build strong working relationships with Investment Managers and APs

  • Identify and resolve service issues promptly, escalating where needed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies

  • Ensure robust control standards through daily task completion and oversight

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience servicing ETFs, with strong knowledge of the funds administration industry

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset

Why Apply?
