Fullstack Java Developer - Contract - Luxembourg

To support its ongoing growth, my client is looking for a Fullstack Developer that works closely with the Head of Development and the Development team. You take charge of development deliverables and work with the team to deliver functionality. Your focus is on people as much as on quality-work, delivered to our high standards and rolled out safely. You support the Head of Development with code review and administrative tasks.

Your missions

• Design technical concepts and write technical documentation

• Assign tasks to the members of the development team

• Estimate workload and participate in the design of the roadmap

• Implement conceptualised features

• Propose solutions to improve the existing platform

• Support junior developers and help them improve their skills (code review,coaching, ...)

The profile my client is looking for

• Problem-solving skillsAbility to work with people

• Communication skills

• Understanding of systems engineering concepts, as well as modeling techniques and methods

• Desire to deal with financial topics

• Mastery of these technologies: Java 8, Hibernate, Spring (must: SpringCore, optional: Security, Batch), SQLprogramming, Git, Maven, Unix, HTTP

• Optionally - knowledge of: GWT, AWS, Aspose, Jasper, Oracle, Docker

• Desire to evolve in a continuous delivery environment (Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar)

• Communication skills in French & English (written at least)
