Challenges

• The squad is running several Java applications used as middleware by other applications of the bank. By their nature, these applications have high requirements in terms of responsivity, availability, and reliability.
• The context of the application requires a good technical understanding of flux and processes interconnecting multiple data sources (linked with APIs) and a strong sense of abstraction to link and keep the value for the customer in the stories.
• To meet its objectives, the squad committed to respect high quality standards in terms of development, documentation, and testing.

Technical experience

• Knowledge of common development languages used in the domain
• Excellent understanding of architecture (hardware, OS, networking, databases, middleware)
• Knowledge of methods, standards, and security procedures as well as development tools
• Experiences with SQL scripting.
• Experience with integration using different technologies (distributes/mainframe) and infra components.
• Proven experience and/or knowledge on Investment services and product. (component of service, invest product on market, rules and regulation attached)
• Knowledge of agile methodology
• Banking experience with a preference on Invest markets.
• Heavy regulated context with complex edge cases.
• Creation of reports and communication to client.
• Analytic background.
