Functional Analyst - Prague, Czech Republic - Permanent Role
Your area of work:
As a Functional Analyst/Tester in our team you will work in an agile environment and participate in the whole project lifecycle from requirements specification, technical design and implementation to going live and maintenance.
Your responsibilities:
- Gather, review and analyse business requirements with all relevant stakeholders within GFF and also other product areas
- Be part of a Scrum Team translating business requirements into user stories and actively supporting functional issue resolution during all project phases
- Produce, document, perform and validate test cases mainly using automation tools
- Be the single point of contact for a specific project for both the Product Owner and developers
- Be able to work with agile methodologies during all stages of project lifecycle
- Participate to production issues investigation and resolution of customer queries
- Report on regular basis to the line management and project leads
Your profile:
- At least 2 years experience as functional analyst/tester in a financial institution desired
- Practical experience in agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and GitHub desired
- Experience with defining test cases and conducting testing is mandatory
- Experience with test automation tools is desired
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Cloud environments and APIs is an advantage
- Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment
