IT Security Officer

Our client is a leading IT and managed services provider operating in a regulated environment. They are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen their Information Security and Customer Assurance capabilities.

Your Role

• Develop and maintain the ISMS in alignment with the Group CISO and regulatory requirements

• Own customer inquiries related to information security, data protection, and cybersecurity (Customer Assurance focus)

• Lead customer meetings, audits, and continuous improvement of assurance processes, templates, and knowledge bases

• Plan and manage penetration tests and vulnerability management activities

• Lead security projects (e.g. SOC/SIEM, IAM) and support security strategy development

• Act as a key contact for customers, authorities, and security/privacy partners

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in IT services, managed services, or consulting, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with secure configuration, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and audit evidence

• Knowledge of ISMS/ISO 27001 and security operations; experience with SOC/SIEM, IAM, and M365 security is a plus

• Understanding of the interface between information security and data protection

• Fluent German and good English skills
