About the Role

My client's Professional Services team in Frankfurt are hiring! As a Junior Business Consultant, you will implement their products in their customers' system landscapes. In the area of Portfolio Management Solutions, you will record the requirements in a structured manner and implement them. In doing so, you will support the sales department with cost estimates and solution concepts for the preparation of offers.

Responsibilities:

• You support clients in implementing and using their Portfolio Manager products
• You manage the onboarding of new clients incl. project coordination/project management for these projects
• You are the point of contact for their clients and their questions regarding the Portfolio Manager products
• You work in close cooperation with Development and Content to adjust the solutions to the needs of our clients
• In your daily business you cooperate with Pre-Sales/Sales in sales cases for the Portfolio Manager product and with Product Management to enhance the

Portfolio Manager products

• Furthermore, you deliver product training to clients and internal colleagues and improve training material and documentation for their clients continuously

Who you are

• You are a well organised team player. Communication is one of your strong suits. You see yourself in our core values: stronger together, own it and stay curious.
• You have a degree in Business Administration, an IT related field, Physics, Maths or a similar education
• You have broad experience in the area of market data
• You have good technical skills (e.g. how to use APIs and Data Feeds)
• You are service oriented with a consulting mindset
• Knowledge/ experience in the area of regulatory requirements for asset managers would be beneficial
• Your English and German skills are business fluent
