Primary Responsibilities:


Manage Day-to-Day Activities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Registrar & Transfer Agency department.
• Ensure a superior level of service is consistently provided.
Knowledge Sharing and Issue Resolution:
• Share knowledge of pending issues within the team.
• Promptly resolve issues where possible.
• Escalate items to the line manager when necessary.
Register Team Responsibilities:
• Hold a position within the Register team.
• Manage various functions related to operational tasks.
Service Delivery:
• Deliver high-quality services, including producing periodic and ad hoc reporting.
• Ensure adherence to standard procedures and processes.
• Perform tax compliance controls.
Data Management:
• Maintain internal databases.
• Manage mailing to relevant counterparties.
• Perform account maintenance.
Query Resolution:
• Resolve queries assigned from internal departments.
Compliance and Project Execution:
• Adhere to Generally Accepted Transfer Agent Principles, Prospectus, and internal policies.
• Execute projects to minimize risk, increase efficiencies, and improve quality.
Client Service:
• Ensure optimal client service in all engagements with the bank.
