Legal Officer

Legal Officer / Location: Luxembourg / Salary: Up to 75K

A well-established asset management company is looking for its next dynamic and autonomous Legal Officer to join the team!
This international AIFM and UCITs asset management company offers a large range of investment and tailor-made solutions to retail, private and institutional clients all over the world.
You will evolve within a fast-growing and flexible environment, work with a dedicated team of experts on challenging subjects, and benefit from the company international reputation.

Legal Officer – Tasks:

• Manage a client’s portfolio on a daily basis (UCITs and AIF)Be the first point of contact for corporate, legal and administrative matters

• Draft and review the legal and corporate documentation of funds

• Provide legal advice and support on legal, regulatory and corporate related matter for the company

• Responsible for funds from incorporation to liquidation

• Liaise with 3rd parties (CSSF, Legal departments, investors, clients, …)

Legal Officer – Profile:

• You hold a degree in a related field

• You have at least 2 years of legal experience in a law firm or management company in Luxembourg

• You have solid legal and fund law knowledge

• You are fluent in English (any other language is a plus)

• You are a good team player with strong communication skills
