Loans Documentation Analyst – London based Investment Bank

Join One of the world’s premier investment banks and play a crucial role in post-closure management of complex loan transactions.

Our client is looking for a Loans Documentation Analyst to join The Loan Agency administration and Loan Agency Documentation team.

The team is in charge of managing post-closure transactions, and working with stakeholders including debt providers and project sponsors.
Possibility of conversion to permanent employment after end of June.

Responsibilities include:

•Procedures focused on documentation
•Collaborate with Section Head to shift the remaining portfolio to new pricing
•Communicate with borrowers and lenders on the transition to Libor
•Examine and present documentation for approval
•Implement new pricing documents
•Recordkeeping to reflect processes
•Conduct pre-signing review and commentary on loan agency documentation

Requirements:

•Experience in the agency/loans industry
•Fundamental understanding of Corporate and Project Finance
•Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Familiarity with the business world and ability to manage relationships
•Collaborative work style and team orientation

Daily rate of £465 - umbrella
