Middle Office Administrator

Middle Office Administrator – Asset Management Company – Up to 60K

A young and human-sized asset Asset Management company is looking for its new Middle Office Administrator to join the team.

This Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) offers tailor-made and turnkey solution for all types of investment funds (RE, PE, Funds of Funds, Private Debt, …)

You will be part of an inspiring team of specialists within a stable organisation with high standards of service and will learn from the best.

Middle Office Administrator – Tasks:

• Monitor funds with custodian banks and ensure the transmission of orders

• Responsible for the checking of the NAV of funds

• Review fee calculations as well as corporate actions

• Prepare regulatory fund reporting

• Perform administrative tasks investment related

• Liaise with 3rd parties (fund administrators, portfolios managers, custodian banks …)

Middle Office Administrator – Profile:

• You have at least a degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg

• You have knowledge of alternative investment funds, custody, TA, fund administration and corporate actions

• You speak English and French fluently

• You have strong organizational and communication skills
