Modern Workplace Engineer (M365), London, 6 month FTC, Banking, Competitive salary

My client, a Leading International Private Bank are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join their Modern Workplace Experience team. In this role, you will be working on IT issues, looking for inefficiences and finding opportunities for effective automation, dealing with all business stakeholders with the purpose of improving the Bank's workplace experience service.

In this role, you will be:

Working on various IT issues and processes, sometimes providing 3rd line escalation support when required
Resolving incidents/requests and performing root cause analysis
Automating processes
Taking ownership of workplace experience services, ensuring smooth and efficient operation as well as process and service excellence.
Reviewing, consulting, and then, implementing project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

The ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent customer facing skills
Willingness to investigate business and IT efficiencies
In depth technical knowledge of M365 and other windows services
1st, 2nd or 3rd line support experience
