Oversight Specialist

Oversight Specialist / Location: Luxembourg / Salary: Up to 65K€

An independent and international firm specialized in asset management is looking for its new Oversight Specialist to join the Oversight Department. Working with an international portfolio of clients, the company wants to integrate a new asset in its team to sustain their growth and strong activity.
You will support the Oversight Manager and CEO in all operational aspects and related processes, manage the day-to-day operational functioning of the funds and have the chance to evolve within a dynamic, and attractive environment guided by strong values.

Oversight Specialist – Main Tasks:

• Be the main point of contact with service providers related to the administration and custody of the funds and mandates and organise regular meeting with them

• Maintain the fund registration network and support the distributor due diligence process

• Monitor and analyse the costs of the service providers and the impact on the portfolios

• Monitor regulatory development from an operational perspective and operational changes to ensure compliance

• Liaise with depositary banks, fund administrators, transfer agents, auditors, …

Oversight Specialist - Profile:

• You have a degree in a related field

• You have at least 1 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg

• You have good knowledge of investment funds and oversight duties

• You are fluent in English (any other language is an asset)You are detail oriented with strong analytical skills
