Paralegal - Private Equity/Real Estate (PE/RE)



Assist the Corporate Services team in providing Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary services to Private Equity and Real Estate Services (PERES) clients.

Primary Responsibilities:


• Organize annual general meetings and board meetings for shareholders.
• Handle filing obligations with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RESA) and other corporate formalities after AGMs.
• Manage physical and electronic storage of corporate and contractual documentation for domiciled funds.
• Prepare and provide auditors with corporate documentation for domiciled funds.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mailings and communications.
• Electronically file various documents with the RCS (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés).
• Online ordering of office supplies.
• Handle migration in/out, archiving, and coordination with internal archives service.
• Perform non-complex tasks in file follow-up, as needed.

Experience and Skills:


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxembourg Real Estate and/or Private Equity Funds and domiciliary activities.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund regulations and Commercial Companies Law impacting investment funds.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Client-centric, priority setting, and result-oriented.
• Curious and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• Strong communication skills, organizational agility, and a structured and pragmatic approach.
• Ability to handle a significant workload with high accuracy and productivity.
