Project Manager / Business Analyst – Credit & Market Risk
 

As part of the LUCA project (bank accounting system transformation), the Credit & Market Risk business unit—covering Credit Risk, Market Risk, Market Activities Monitoring, and Risk Clearing & Execution—is required to adapt existing tools, contribute to IT developments (EdB, UAT), and actively participate in LUCA project workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed impact analysis of the accounting system transformation, including systems and chart of accounts

• Capture, formalize, and document business requirements (EdB) for the Credit & Market Risk function, in coordination with IT teams responsible for tool adaptation and development

• Contribute to project steering and governance:

  • Monitor IT deliverables and project milestones

  • Produce workshop reports and track progress against the project plan

• Support change management for Risk and Accounting systems:

  • Prepare user guides and functional documentation

  • Organize and deliver training sessions on new Credit & Market Risk systems and processes

  • Organize and deliver training sessions on new accounting systems (SAP & TRBK)
