Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled Pega Expert profiles to join our team onsite in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and architecture, with proven capability in leading delivery teams and engaging in complex business environments, especially in the banking or financial sector.

This is a strategic role that requires both technical depth and business insight, where you will be expected to contribute to high-level architectural decisions, quality assurance processes, and the creation of value-driven solutions for enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality Pega-based solutions.
  • Act as a technical lead and subject matter expert on Pega-related engagements.
  • Oversee delivery teams and perform architecture reviews and quality assurance checks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Drive the creation of value propositions and best practice guidelines aligned with client goals.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and frameworks.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams in the banking/financial services domain.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Pega development and architecture.
  • Relevant Pega Certifications such as:
  • Lead System Architect (LSA)
  • Senior System Architect (SSA)
  • Business Architect (LBA)
  • Deep understanding of Pega platform features, integration techniques, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing and guiding technical teams.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • EU residency or work authorization is mandatory.
  • Strong business acumen, particularly in banking or financial services domains.
