Performance Lead SME
Location: Luxembourg or remote
Duration: 6-12 months (extension possible)

We are seeking a Performance Lead SME for a client mission starting in August 2024. The initial contract is for 6-12 months, with a possibility of extension. The role is based in Luxembourg, with an option for remote work to be discussed. Top-level English skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Performance & Attribution Service Delivery:
o Oversee the delivery of performance and attribution services, including the implementation of both in-house and third-party applications.
o Collaborate closely with the product implementation team and third-party vendors to onboard clients to the new service.
o Report directly to the programme lead.
o Drive and manage the project plan from implementation to business readiness and post-go live phases.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Investment Performance and Risk Metrics:
o Strong understanding of investment performance, attribution, and ex-post risk metrics.
o Qualifications such as IMC, CIPM, and/or CFA are advantageous.
• System Implementation Experience:
o Proven experience in implementing performance, attribution, and ex-post risk systems (e.g., FactSet PA, FactSet B-One, StatPro).
• Investment Management Expertise:
o Experience working with Front, Middle, and Back Office within Investment Management.
• Stakeholder and Project Management:
o Ability to manage stakeholders in complex projects.
o Proficient in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
Technical Skills:
o Experience using JIRA for project tracking and management.
