My client, a World-Leading exchange organisation is looking for a Product Development Manager to join its Connectivity and Data team. In this role you will be supporting the Head of Unit, leading and co-ordinating the tasks related to the ISO as well as reviewing various regulatory initiatives.

In this role, you will be:

• Leading a migration of SWIFT ISO MT15022 to MX 20022.
• Owning as well as prioritising the Project Requirements including alignment to the business objectives, scheme requirements, country needs and client lens.
• Supporting Client migration strategy, plan and execution, (assessing client demos & defining optimal migration approach).
• Using data to drive the priorities and strategy for ISO 2022 migration over the next 3-4 years for the entire business.
• Driving accountability and assessment for Payment initiations, Statements and Investigations.
• Identifying the current state of the project, before building a roadmap to adjust to the strategic plan.
• Looking to go beyond compliance and identifying the opportunities on improvements on the back of ISO 15022/20022
• Co-operating with the industry groups focused on the ISO 20022 implementation
• Owning the SWIFT ISO Project Requirements including alignment to the business objective, scheme requirements, branch needs and client lens.
• Providing assistance guidance and training, (where necessary) on ISO and related procedures to committee managers, chairpersons and members
• Representing Connectivity ISO at selected SWIFT ISO and other organisations meetings.
• Managing project plans and major milestones as well as supporting the delivery of SWIFT ISO-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Product Development skillset with a “Delivery Mindset”.
• Securities Services knowledge.
• An in depth understanding of ISO MT 15022 & XML 20022 and its impact end to end payments landscape.
• Fluent in English with other languages being an asset
• Experience in a standardisation-related organisation is an asset
• Excellent verbal communication with senior managers both internally and externally with Vendors
• The ability to multitask, deal with high work volumes, chair senior dialogue in high pressure environments, identify risks and manage escalation appropriately within a larger organisation.
