Service Description - Product Management Officer (PMO) for Consumer Centricity:
As the PMO for Consumer Centricity, your role is pivotal in supporting product line teams to successfully realize digital products. Reporting to and collaborating closely with Consumer Centricity product leads, you'll focus on resource planning, cost management, objective setting, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


Resource Planning & Management:


• Manage resource planning and assignments for consumer-centric product initiatives.
• Provide product leads with a clear overview of resource allocations.
• Identify and address resource management issues with product leads and resource managers.

Cost Planning and Management:


• Develop and maintain cost plans/budgets for product initiatives.
• Update cost forecasts based on input from product owners and leads.
• Monitor financial progress, launch purchase orders, and manage receipts.
• Provide monthly financial progress reports to product leads and product director.

Objective Setting and Follow-up:


• Support product leads and owners in establishing annual and quarterly objectives and key results.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation of product goals.
• Contribute to Annual/Quarterly Business Review (ABR/QBR) ceremonies.

Organization of Documentation:


• Continuously improve structures for storing and communicating information using MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote.

Organization of Product Team Events:


• Structure workshops/seminars to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among different product teams.

Requirements:


• Proven experience (3+ years) in project/product/portfolio management officer or controlling roles.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools, adapting them pragmatically to context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
• Creative, well-organized, autonomous, and result-oriented.
• Team player contributing dynamism and positive energy.
• Fluent in English; very good knowledge of Dutch or French.
