Product Manager - Cards

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Major challenger bank/fintech who are significantly expanding their services are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in financials services or previously working for a fintech. The successful candidate will work within the cards business team where you will be defining, building and continuously improving the card products for customers.

You will be

Creating and owning the product strategy and roadmap for Cards.
Leading efforts to enable card issuing and working with stakeholders across the cards network to launch new products to market.
You will have a strong understanding of customer needs and their insights
Build features that customers prefer and that make their Cards outstanding!

Must

Be an experienced Product Manager - 6 years +
Be the subject matter expert (SME) in cards - 4 years + experience
Be a SME in developing and understanding customers needs through performing market research to gain insight through interviews, user testing and translate these into unique products to transform them into product features
Influence the overall product vision, drive and decision making
Manage the product backlog and communicate prioritisation to stakeholders
Strong internal and external communication and stakeholder skills.
