Product Owner
Brief job description
• Shape and drive order handling & portfolio management strategy, and implementation roadmap by analysing the needs of their front office teams to provide comprehensive roadmaps along the planning cycles for both change & run-the-bank perspectives
• Support development of features from inception to implementation working closely with the agile delivery teams globally, Product Management and other units
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage priorities, backlogs, and delivery schedule
• Create data-driven insights to derive new business requirements, sales activities and KPI frameworks in your business domain
• Drive change and increase in customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction the business capabilities covered by your scrum team
Required experience and skills
• Thorough understanding of private banking client needs, value chain and investment products
• Minimum 5 years of product / platform ownership, project management and delivery experience
• At least 3 years of Agile experience
• Solid understanding and hand-on experience of Triple ‘A
• Experience defining a vision and strategy for a business solution, product, or service. Successfully managed the full product lifecycle, including integration of user feedback and driving prioritization
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving and decision making.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude
• Proven ability to manage large cross-functional project teams across regions
