Project Manager

Requirements:



Communication Skills: The Project Manager should be personable and possess strong communication skills. This includes the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, which is crucial for successful project management.

MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is essential. These tools are commonly used for creating project documents, reports, and communications.

Multitasking: The candidate should have experience working on multiple tasks concurrently. The ability to handle a fast-paced environment is necessary to manage multiple projects effectively.

Consultancy Experience: While not mandatory, previous consultancy experience is preferred. This experience can provide valuable insights into handling diverse projects and clients.

Reporting: The Project Manager should support regular reporting requirements and be able to respond to ad-hoc requests from the team and management. This involves creating and presenting reports on project progress and status.

Responsibilities:


Comprehensive Project Management: The Project Manager is responsible for providing extensive project management support. This includes assisting stakeholders in defining project goals and executing the program effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying and understanding the needs of stakeholders and clients is critical. The Project Manager should also assess the risks, assumptions, and constraints associated with each project.

Strategic Direction: The Project Manager should be capable of articulating the strategic direction for large, complex projects or programs. This involves setting clear objectives and ensuring that project activities align with the overall strategy.

Change Management: The Project Manager should be a confident agent of change. Prior experience in implementing new processes is an advantage, as it demonstrates the ability to lead teams through transitions and improvements.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding and experience in areas such as AIFM funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Depositary, and Custody is necessary. This knowledge is crucial for effectively managing projects within the investor services sector.
