Fund Accountant Manager – Join a Global Leader in Alternative Investment Fund Services (Luxembourg | Onsite Contract)

Are you a technically strong Fund Accountant Manager ready to lead from the front in a dynamic, high-performing environment? We’re hiring for a hands-on contract role in Luxembourg within a fast-moving Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions (PERES) team—where complex fund structures meet world-class client delivery.

In this fully onsite position, you’ll use your technical accounting expertise and client relationship skills to lead the charge on NAV oversight, complex performance/waterfall calculations, and mentoring junior staff. You won’t just manage—you’ll roll up your sleeves and help deliver, shaping operational excellence from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead complex NAV and fund accounting reviews across UCITS-like and alternative structures

• Solve challenging accounting issues—hands-on—while ensuring timely, high-quality outputs

• Act as a senior escalation point for clients and foster trust-based relationships

• Coach and support junior staff through detailed reviews and daily collaboration

• Engage in transformation projects and drive operational improvements

What You’ll Need:

Essential:

• 5+ years’ experience in fund accounting, ideally in alternative investment structures

• Strong command of NAV, waterfall models, fee calculations, and legal documentation interpretation

• Full fluency in French and English

• GP3/GPC (NeoXam) and advanced Excel skills
