The HR department is crucial for managing my client's most valuable asset – its people. It handles various tasks, such as finding and hiring top talent and collaborating with managers to support the growth and motivation of our staff.

Talent Acquisition Requirements:
•HR/recruitment admin experience
•Keen attention to detail
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
•Strong client focus with excellent communication skills
•Professionalism in verbal and written communication
•Analytical and organizational proficiency
•Ability to identify and escalate potential risks
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
•Strong team player

Your Responsibilities:
•Organise many interviews across diverse business sectors in Ireland, the UK, and EMEA regions.
•Communicate with candidates and agencies regarding interview logistics.
•Ensure adherence to standards by documenting feedback from managerial interviews.
•Update Taleo to reflect the status of interviews and candidates.
•Generate and manage employment contracts, offer packages, and monitor the hiring process.
•Provide support to new hires during their induction and onboarding.
•Oversee internship programs throughout the organization.
•Manage invoicing for recruitment agencies and other associated expenses.
•Promote job vacancies on various job boards.
•Source CVs from internal and external databases and conduct phone screens for junior candidates.
•Execute pre-employment checks for new hires.
•Systematically organize and document recruitment-related invoices to ensure prompt payment.
•File employment contracts and associated paperwork appropriately.
