Senior Business Analyst - Transfer Agency Operations - Luxembourg.
You will join within the Information Technology department, the Application Development Maintenance team (ADM) dedicated to the Transfer Agency domain. ADM Team is dynamic, manages transformation and is organised as a “Hub” which provides quality services to multi-locations across the globe in a growing environment. As key expert of the domain Transfer Agency (TA), the Senior Matter Expert (SME) / Functional Expert is a leader of the Application Development Maintenance team (ADM) – Transfer Agency.
You will be the main intermediary between the Client / Operations / Product and the IT teams or system providers such as Temenos and Multifonds. Under the guidance of your manager or project manager, you will be in charge of providing functional solution expertise to potential new and existing projects & enhancements related to the TA platform.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Participate in strategic and/or clients driven projects
Drive the project implementation of new TA business such as new customers, new TA services or new TA products
Handle various solutions design that fits with requirements, Business and IT strategy
Study the optimal functional/technical solution, its integration and the industrialization of its operation
Evaluate risks and ensure the viability, usability and durability of the solution
Translate the complex business requirements into functional/technical specifications understandable for offshore developers or vendor (Temenos – Multifonds).
Follow up with third party vendor on business / technical aspects
Define test scenario’s together with the Test Manager
Review (or execute) SIT testing•Update the system documentation accordingly and the functional architecture maps
Professional experience: you have gained at least 10 years’ experience as BA/IT Analyst, Software Engineer and/or Product manager and at least 5 years in a similar role.You have a profound understanding of the Transfer Agency business and especially of Temenos - Multifonds Global Investor system.
Education Level: Master Degree in IT or equivalent (> 4 years)
Language skills: Excellent written and oral French and English skills are essential, any other language is an advantage

Knowledge of Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) in particular BI Publisher solution
Knowledge in data management and functional architecture concepts
Strong interest for digital transformation, agile methods and new technologies
