Senior Corporate Officer / Location: Luxembourg / Salary: Up to 80K

Senior Corporate Officer – Tasks:

Manage a client's portfolio on a daily basis
Be the first point of contact for corporate, legal and administrative matters
Draft and review corporate legal documentation
Monitor the preparation and review all the compliance related files
Responsible for the coordination of the work with the different departments and clients.

Senior Corporate Officer – Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 4 years of legal experience in a fiduciary or Corporate Services Provider in Luxembourg
Solid legal knowledge in tax and corporate matters
You are a dynamic person with strong written and oral communication skills in English and French
