Senior .NET Developer– FX - Czech Republic

Skillfinder is currently recruiting for a Senior .NET Developer to join a global investment bank based in Prague on a permanent basis.

You must be based in the Czech Republic to work remotely. If you are not based in Prague and looking to relocate you must be eligible to work in Prague.

The role:

As a Senior .Net developer you will be involved in projects focusing on server side development with some elements of web development.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and implementing major improvements to existing procedures and team processes to enhance efficiency
• Writing well structured, high quality and performing code
• Providing accurate estimates for assigned work
• Identifying and escalating issues and risks in a timely manner to the development/project manager so that project risk can be mitigated with minimal impact
• Working closely with team members in London, New York and Pune (India) - participating in and contributing to technical discussions
• Contributing to the system architecture
• Acting as a technical leader of the allocated project, leading a small team of developers, and assigning the project tasks to them

Experience:

• Advanced MS SQL and T-SQL skills are essential
• Excellent knowledge of .Net, .NET Core and C#
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, exposure to design patterns
• Ability to communicate with the stakeholders, understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
