Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Senior to join our Program Management Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs within large European or financial institutions and a deep understanding of agile methodologies and program management frameworks. This role involves supporting strategic programs, preparing executive-level materials, and facilitating collaboration across multi-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to complex programs across the organization.
  • Coordinate with multiple project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Apply structured program management methodologies such as MSP, PgMP, or PM²-PgM to manage program lifecycles.
  • Utilize agile practices at scale, such as Scrum of Scrums and SAFe, to drive program execution and agility.
  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and high-quality presentation materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate information exchange and team collaboration using Microsoft Teams and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and project teams to gather requirements, clarify goals, and resolve issues.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Program Management Office (PMO) within large European or financial institutions (over 1,000 employees).
  • Expertise in agile methodologies at scale (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, SAFe).
  • Certified or demonstrably proficient in program management techniques and frameworks such as MSP, PgMP, or PM²-PgM.

Mandatory Experience:

  • Direct involvement in program management support functions, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, leveraging the platform for efficient collaboration and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality executive presentations and documentation within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
