Senior Quality Assurance Manager - Permanant - Prague

Skillfinder is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Lead to join a global investment bank based in Prague on a permanent basis.

You must be based in the Czech Republic to work remotely. If you are not based in Prague and looking to relocate you must be eligible to work in Prague.

The role:

This role will be supporting the division in all regions (EMEA/AMER/APAC) to accelerate product development by managing manual and automated testing efforts to achieve continuous delivery of product.

Responsibilities

•Supporting acceleration of product development in different regions by managing manual and automated testing efforts
•Leading QA efforts including roadmap, task assignments, evaluation and reporting to senior management
•Coordinating and managing release testing and signoffs to meet regulatory requirements
•Working with third-party vendor product and business users to understand requirements and deliver high quality solutions
•Collaborating closely with dev development teams to achieve Agile, Continuous Delivery

Experience:

• In-depth experience of test management and leadership
• Comprehensive understanding of QA methodology, processes, and procedures
• Excellent manual and automation testing experience in a complex area
• Effective communication skills with other development team members, project managers, managers, and business stakeholders across a multiple global location
